Orders & Payment

We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo), as well as Visa and Mastercard for local and international orders. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order is on its way, we're unable to change or cancel it.

Yes, you'll receive a confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and an update once it ships so you can follow it on its way to you.

Yes, Whole Beauty ships worldwide. Wherever you are, we'll get your routine to you. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times depend on where you are:

Accra, next day
Rest of Ghana, up to 3 days
Worldwide, 3 to 7 days

Delivery within Ghana is free on orders over ₵990. For orders under ₵990, a delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your location. International delivery is always calculated at checkout.

Yes, once your order ships, we'll send you the details you need to follow its journey. If anything seems off, just reach out and we'll track it down with you.

Returns & The Promise

Because our products are skincare and used directly on the body, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on opened or used items, this keeps every product safe and hygienic for every babe.Returns are accepted on defective items only.

We're so sorry! Reach out within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once confirmed, you'll receive a replacement or store credit, your choice.

If we caused the issue, a defective item, wrong product, damaged on arrival, we cover return shipping. For any other reason, return shipping is on the customer.

Skin is personal and results build with consistency. If you've joined our 90-day Glow Pact and followed your routine without seeing a change, we step in to support you personally, learn more in The Dream Skin Club.

Our formulas are crafted intentionally to be effective yet gentle. As with any active skincare, we recommend a patch test first if your skin is sensitive, and introducing one product at a time.

Yes, absolutely. Cleanse with the Skin Nourishing Shower Gel first, then follow with the Strawberry Milkshake Body Scrub. If your skin is on the sensitive side, you can skip the gel on scrub days, the scrub is a foaming formula on its own. Resume using the gel on non-scrub days. Use the scrub only 1 to 3 times a week and avoid over-exfoliating.

Absolutely. Don't keep Whole Beauty a secret. Put your brothers, fathers, partners and best friends on. Everyone is welcome at Whole Beauty, and soon enough, there might even be a line just for them. 😉

We get it, the scents are delicious. But our products are crafted for your skin,not your dinner plate. For external use only, and please avoid intimate areas.

Some of our products contain active ingredients such as salicylic acid. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before use.

Yes, the Whole Beauty routine is formulated as a complete system for prolonged use together .Each step is balanced to work in harmony with the others, with actives at proportions that keep the routine effective without overwhelming your skin. You can use one product on its own, but you'll get the fullest results using all four as your daily rhythm.

Yes, SPF is your best friend .Whenever you're using actives that brighten or resurface, daily sunscreen is what protects all the glowy progress you're making. Apply broad-spectrum SPF to any skin that sees the sun, every day. It's the difference between fading dark spots, and creating new ones.
